Lionmaker Consulting, LLC provides Swing. Send privacy questions to contact@lionmaker.io. This notice describes the offline version of Swing. We will update it if our data practices change.
What Swing keeps
Swing keeps your optional name, experience choice, equipment weights, settings, program position, active session, recorded repetitions and loads, sides, timing, effort, journal notes, and any retained legacy practice records. It also keeps the versions and local date and time of your adult confirmation, terms acceptance, and exercise-risk acceptance, plus the version of the privacy notice presented. This is stored in the app's local file on your device to operate the app, restore sessions, and remember your choices. Acceptance is not sent to a server and is not independently verified.
No account or app tracking
This version has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, cloud sync service, or subscription service. Swing does not collect location, contacts, camera, microphone, or Apple Health data. It does not send workout records to Lionmaker or sell them. Apple may separately process App Store, purchase, diagnostic, or device-service information according to your Apple settings and Apple's policies. Opening the optional Apple license link connects to Apple's website.
Device storage and backups
Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app, subject to device behavior. Removing the app may remove its local data. Your operating system's backup or device-transfer settings may include this file, including notes and acceptance records, in a backup or restore it to another device. Lionmaker does not operate those backups. Manage them in your device or Apple settings. No storage or backup can be guaranteed against every loss or unauthorized access.
Notifications
Optional rest cues ask for iOS notification permission and schedule notifications on your device. Permission is not required to train. Change the cue setting in Swing or notification permission in iPhone Settings. Swing does not upload workout data to deliver these cues; cues may be delayed or unavailable because of device settings or state.
Exports, feedback, and contacting us
You can prepare a JSON copy of your local records and choose a destination through the iOS share sheet. It includes personal notes and the acceptance record. Swing keeps a prepared local copy until you replace it with another export or delete all local data. Feedback is shared only when you choose to share it; the current feedback action sends the text you enter, not an automatic workout export. Destinations you choose may retain or process data under their own policies. Inspect the content and destination before sharing. If you email us, we receive the details you send and use them to respond and handle your request; we may retain that correspondence as needed for support and legal obligations.
Access and deletion
You can inspect your journal and export or delete all local data in Settings without accepting the training agreement. Successful deletion resets your profile, sessions, journal, settings, and acceptance, and removes the app's prepared export. It cannot erase copies already shared, exported to another location, backed up by the operating system, or sent to us. Contact contact@lionmaker.io about information you sent to Lionmaker or applicable privacy rights. Do not include medical details or other sensitive information in feedback unless necessary.
Changes and your choices
We will update this notice if the app's data practices change. A new notice version will be presented before training continues. Unexpected collection or sharing of sensitive data would require its own clear notice and appropriate separate consent; accepting the app terms is not blanket permission. This app is intended for adults, not children.
