01Today
Follow the practice.
See the next session, review the four-week plan, and prepare before you pick up the bell.
Your next session, ready when you are.
A preview of the next session, not a completed workout. -
02Plan
A plan you can return to.
Foundation brings four weeks of sessions, recovery, and rest into one clear sequence. Every movement uses at most one kettlebell. Move through the plan at your own pace: a missed session stays waiting, and you can revisit earlier work without losing your place.
Four weeks, including preparation, recovery, and rest.
- Preparation, work, rest, and recovery in a defined sequence.
- At most one kettlebell per movement.
-
03Guide
Study the movement.

- Work and rest timers.
- Pause and resume, with session restoration after relaunch.
- Actual repetitions, load, and side, recorded as performed.
Set the bell down before interacting with your phone.
Two-Hand Swing means two hands on one kettlebell. Captured before a repetition is recorded. -
05Journal
Keep an honest record.
Record actual repetitions, load, and side. Review your journal, correct an entry, and add effort or notes. Planned targets stay separate from completed work.
Review the work recorded and keep notes over time.

06Settings

Choose your units, equipment, and optional cues; export or delete local records.
- Kilograms or pounds to match your equipment.
- Optional rest cues and haptic feedback.
- Local journal, corrections, notes, and export.
- No account required; core training works offline.
Who it's for
For adults who already know kettlebells.
The loaded Foundation plan assumes prior kettlebell experience. Still learning? The Learning profile offers movement guides and optional unloaded recovery; it does not provide a beginner loaded training plan.
Swing provides general fitness information and recordkeeping. It does not assess your technique, provide individualized coaching, or replace medical advice. Training requires you to be at least 18 and the legal age of majority where you live, and to review and accept the in-app agreement and exercise-risk acknowledgement.

How many kettlebells do I need?
Every movement uses at most one kettlebell. Some preparation and recovery is unloaded, and the program also includes bodyweight work. Choose an appropriate weight for your experience and the movement.
Is it for beginners?
The loaded plan assumes prior kettlebell experience. The Learning profile provides guides and optional unloaded recovery, not a beginner loaded plan.
Is it a workout every day for four weeks?
The schedule includes training, recovery, and rest days. Follow the sequence at your own pace; a missed session stays waiting.
Does it need internet or an account?
Core training, guides, and recordkeeping work offline with no account. Optional links, email, and destinations you choose for sharing may use external services.
Can I correct or export my records?
Yes. Review and correct journal entries, add notes and effort, prepare an export, or delete local data in Settings. Deletion cannot remove copies you previously shared or saved elsewhere.
Which devices will it support?
Swing is built for iPhone in portrait orientation, with iOS 18 or later as the minimum target. Physical-device and release checks will follow before public distribution. iPad, Apple Watch, and Health integration are outside this first release.
